The Smart Fitness, LLC 30-Day Money Back Guarantee Policy for the SpinX™ allows our customers to evaluate their purchases for up to 30 days. If our customers are not completely satisfied during this evaluation period, they can return their purchase to receive a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping and handling charges.  

Customers do not need to call before returning a product for a refund. In order to receive a refund, customers should simply return the product to Smart Fitness, LLC Customer Service, 12227 South Business Park Drive, Draper, Utah 84020 in its original packaging, at their expense with appropriate shipment insurance, and within the allotted time period. Customers should also include their name, address and phone number to ensure the refund is applied correctly, as well as a copy of their payment receipt. Customers are also encouraged to include a note with a brief reason for the return, although this is not required to receive a refund.

SpinX™ customers must return all components that were originally shipped.

Smart Fitness, LLC Customer Service will issue a refund (either by credit card refund or by mailing a refund check) within 10 business days of receiving the returned merchandise, as long as the return qualifies for a refund in accordance with the conditions specified in this Policy.

If the returned merchandise does not qualify for a refund or is incomplete, then Smart Fitness, LLC Customer Service will attempt to notify the customer of what additional steps must be taken in order to qualify for a refund.

In the event a product is damaged during shipment to the customer, Smart Fitness, LLC will ship a replacement at no additional charge, provided the customer notifies Smart Fitness, LLC Customer Service of the damaged shipment within 5 business days of receiving it.

Smart Fitness, LLC ships all international orders for SpinX™ products via USPS [International Priority Mail]. Once our product leaves the United States, we have no control or recourse over international mail systems. If you have any concerns about your country's mail service or its dependability--do not order a SpinX™. Smart Fitness, LLC is not responsible for orders that are lost, stolen, or do not arrive for any reason. Smart Fitness, LLC does not issue refunds for international orders that are lost, stolen, or do not arrive at their intended international address.
